This series of cooking classes features fresh, local foods from our own farm and other local farmers. The classes will encompass soups and starters, main dishes – both vegetarian and omni, sides, snacks, desserts, drinks, and condiments, fermented and cultured foods. Your instructor’s special fondness for herbs shines throughout the series.
We’ll also explore specialties from her beloved Bulgaria and Turkey.
